BASIC CORE COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

According to the\u00a0<\/span>Ming Chuan University Procedures for Proficiency-based Graduation Requirements<\/a>, all undergraduate students of the university\u00a0must meet the\u00a0graduation requirements for the following subjects:\u00a0<\/span>Service-Learning<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>English proficiency<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>IT proficiency<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>Chinese proficiency<\/a>, and\u00a0<\/span>PE<\/a>. In addition, our students are\u00a0also\u00a0required to meet a set of additional requirements, which are outlined below.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
